Not only will Annette’s work be featured at the 25th Annual Ann Arbor Garden Walk, she’ll also be participating in the 2nd Annual Garden Party Art Show that same day!

Hosted by Diane Irvine, the show is from 1pm-5pm on Sunday, June 14th.

25th Annual Ann Arbor Garden Walk

Annette will be featured in the 25th Annual Ann Arbor Garden walk on Sunday, June 14, 2015 from 10a – 4p. The show runs two days, but the garden Annette is in will only be featured on Sunday.

Tickets are $27 for two days, and are available for purchase here. You can also purchase tickets at these great local establishments: Dixboro General Store, Downtown Home & Garden, Matthaei Botanical Gardens, and Nicola’s Books.

You can also purchase a single-day ticket at the gate of any garden for $20.

Spring 2015 Glassblowing Classes

Spring is in the air, and we’re celebrating by blowing hot glass!

You too can experience the excitement of furnace glassblowing under the direct supervision of a master glass blower. This is a great way to sample making beautiful furnace glass.
We offer several one-day classes this spring through Ann Arbor Rec&Ed that cover everything from blown forms to garden balls and sculptures.

Lino Tagliapietria Visits Toledo Museum of Art

Master glassblower Lino Tagliapietra will be visting the Hot Shop at the Toledo Museum of Art this May. He’ll be in residence as part of the Guest Artist Pavilion Project, which encourages artists to use or respond to the museum’s glass collection.

Ticketed demonstrations will take place May 2–3 and May 8–10, with morning and afternoon sessions each day. Tickets are $25 for students and $30 for general admission. Ticket purchases are limited to four per person per session.
